Dr. Yashavantrao Dode World School (DYDWS) is a premier ICSE school located in Mulund, initiated by the esteemed Mulund Shikshan Prasarak Mandal (M.S.P.M.). Since its establishment in 1972, M.S.P.M. has built an unmatched reputation for founding schools that provide affordable, sustainable, and high-quality education to the community.

The school was inspired by the philanthropic vision of the late Mrs. Nalini Dode and late Shri Yashavantrao Dode, a couple dedicated to educational excellence. They recognized the need for a Marathi Medium School in Mulund and worked tirelessly to fulfill this dream. Their significant contributions to the field of education were recognized by the Government of India, with Mrs. Nalini Dode receiving the National Teacher’s Welfare Award and Shri Yashavantrao Dode being honored with the National Teacher Award.

Under the guidance of veteran educationists, M.S.P.M. has flourished by adhering to child-centered educational policies and maintaining utmost transparency. These principles form the foundation of DYDWS, ensuring that every student receives a nurturing and effective educational experience.

D.Y.D. World School proudly holds the distinction of being the first ICSE-affiliated school in Mulund East. We are affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), New Delhi, which administers the ICSE public examinations. Our affiliation number is MA232/2018. This affiliation ensures that our educational standards meet the rigorous criteria set by the CISCE, providing our students with a high-quality and recognized curriculum.
