Dear parents,

Welcome to the world of infinite opportunities to enlighten excellence in your ward. Dr. Yashavantrao Dode World School is affiliated to the Indian Council of Secondary Education. (MA232/2018). Parents should collect preliminary information docket from the school office. Duly filled form along with supporting documents should be submitted in the school office. The child seeking admission for Grade One should complete 6 years of his/her age on or before 30th December. Please note that issuing the admission form does not assure admission at any stage

Criteria 1

DYDWS is inviting applications from parents who wish to seek admission for their ward in Grade I to IX for the new academic year.
DYDWS is a single division school and the maximum capacity of each class is 40 students each, of which:-
5% seats are reserved as sports quota.
5% seats are reserved as performing arts quota.
5% seats are reserved for students with extra ordinary academics.
5% seats are reserved for the wards of the parents who are on transferable jobs.

Criteria 2

DYDWS reserves all the rights of admission in the school.
If for any reason the seats reserved for sports, performing arts, academic excellence and transfer cases remain vacant, then it will be the discretion of the school management to fill the seat from general or to keep the seats vacant.
The admission will be given strictly on a merit basis.
No third party will be entertained in connection with admission.
In such a circumstances, the parent will loose a chance to seek admission by default.

Supporting Documents

Photo copy of the birth certificate and Aadhar Card of the child.
Photo copy of final results for last three years.
Photo copy of the certificates showing the merit acclaimed in various sports events at ward/zone/district/state/national level. (if applicable)
Photo copy of the certificates issued for successful passing Gandharv Kala Mahavidyalaya certification examination. (if applicable)
Photo copy of the certificates showing the merit acclaimed at various competitive examinations.
Photo copy of the transfer order issued by the competent authority. (if applicable)

Rendezvous

Duly filled form submitted by the parent will be scrutinised by the school authorities.
Selected candidate will be conveyed to the parent.
Selected candidate’s parents (father and mother) will have to come personally along with the child for a rendezvous session with the authorities on scheduled session informed to them.
If for any reason the parent is unable to remain present for scheduled session without informing the school authorities, then in that case it will be considered that the parent is not interested, his/her name will be cancelled and the same seat will be allotted to the first candidate on the waiting list.
The parent who miss out on rendezvous session and name cancelled, can be allotted a new slot for the session on the request of parent only if the seat is vacant.
